Version 2.2.32 (Released 2020-05-12)
Few updates to the Site’s dash to make things easier.
- Trials are created with a 60-day window. This can be modified to be longer or shorter. It can also be modified after a site has been created. If a site exceeds the end date and is not upgraded, it will be suspended.
- There is a “Trials” tab on the left that lists sites that are set as a trial.
- Sites that have TRIAL in their practice name can probably be updated and have that removed if they are still active.
- There’s also quite a few sites listed as trials that are over a year old. Some look like they aren’t being used anymore. We could probably clean up some SQL-Pool slots and free up room for other XVWeb databases by pruning those.
- There’s a new instance/storage report broken down by month under each site if you go to “View Storage Used” -> “Monthly Storage”. It’s the same report Bert did to get the monthly storage report.
- The default trial period should be 30 days.
