New Features in 2.2.39
Export Status in Notifications
- Improved feedback in notifications for exports. (#1545)
- Status, errors, and failures should now appear in the Notifications panel.
- While Notifications are available to users with any privileges, these particular messages will only occur for users with
Export
privileges.
Capture/Quick Launches
- We have added a third quick launch button for the FMX #18 progression in XVCapture. These buttons appear on the right toolbar on the View screen. To use this feature, XVWeb must be configured to bridge to an external capture program such as
XVCapture.exe
, the user must have Capture/Import
privileges, and the capture software must have a progression whose name matches one of these three options:
- “
FMX #18
”
- “
PX
”
- “
4 Bite Wing Series
”
Option to require ZIP passwords on all exports
- We have added a setting in XVWeb that changes the behavior of ZIP passwords on exports. Passwords are always required when exporting DICOM files, as they contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Now, ZIP passwords can be required for all downloads, including PNG/JPEG files.
Fixes in 2.2.39
Layouts > Place: The feature known as Place-in-Layouts would not update images when XVWeb is in Mixed Modalities mode. This fix should allow image layouts to be updated regardless of single or mixed modality mode. This feature is available to users with Edit
privileges. (#1571)
Audit log requests through XVWeb have been returning files with no log activity. With this release we have removed the date search and present a list of daily log activity. Settings > Audit Logs: This feature is available to users with Admin
privileges. (#1557)
- Columns in log files (CSV):
- timestamp (utc)
- username
- http method
- api base url
- api url query string
- http status code
- client ip address
- client browser user agent string (potentially 2 columns)
- server instance
- site addresss (referrer)
- exception (if applicable)
Known Issues in 2.2.39
3D/CT Viewer
- Using the mouse scroll wheel through the axial view (bottom-left) does not properly move the axial crossbar in the sagittal view (top-right). A solution will be ready for the next update release in October 2020.
